Leasehold Enfranchisement, Rights of First Refusal, Right to Manage, Commonhold and Service Charges are among his particular specialisms. Philip appeared as Counsel in some of leading cases in enfranchisement, including Howard de Walden v Aggio and Cadogan v Sportelli in the House of Lords and Nailrile v Cadogan in the Lands Tribunal.
