Discussion Sessions
 
The conference will offer a mix of interesting plenary sessions and the Law Society has agreed to award CPD credits (Ref: CPD/TEMP). Other professionals should check with their professional body for CPD accreditation, certificates of attendance are available on request.
 
Discussion Session 1
 
This first discussion session will be held at 11.20am and guests will be asked to rank their preferred session during registration from the following:

Jennifer Ellis addresses the challenging valuation issues arising from the legal documentation. 
 
David Dalby - The Property Standards Board
Principles behind the property standards boards and its vision for the future as well as the RICS Blue Book guidance on best practice in the field of residential sales and lettings.   
 
 
Discussion Session 2
 
The second discussion session will take place at 3.50pm and guests will be asked to rank their preferred session during registration from the following:

Philip Rainey QC - Variation of leases and terms
Philip Rainey of counsel examines circumstances where leases can be varied by statute and what makes a term in a lease unfair
